Human Resources Manager

Summary
Responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources functions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The essential duties for this job include the following, but other duties may be assigned.

  • Develops and administers an effective recruitment program.
  • Performs project duties as workload necessitates (e.g. wage & salary surveys, benefit surveys)
  • Works directly with other Department Managers to assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.
  • Provides administrative leadership to all Human Resources plans, programs, policies, legal changes, trends, etc.
  • Accurately enters data into Human Resource Database.
  • Helps to ensures that human resources files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures.
  • Helps ensures that EEO reporting functions are up-to-date and in compliance with federal regulations.
  • Completes miscellaneous research, reports, and memos as requested.
  • Coordinates with related departments as required.  Answers questions and provides assistance.
  • Performs miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned.
  • Maintains employee attendance records
  • Fill in for receptionist when office back up is not available
  • Make copies
  • File
  • Process terminations
  • Processing and Completion of employee I9’s
  • Bilingual Spanish desired

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline from a four-year college or university. Three years related experience or training preferred.
